SpeakupCIC and Time to Change are holding a FREE Bar-B-Q to encourage dialogue between those WITH and those WITHOUT Mental Health Issues.

Music, games, flying kites for Time to Change, and fighting the stigma of mental health distress.

Free parking is available on Palm Bay Ave with steps down to the cafe, and disabled is available immediately in front of the cafe on the seafront access via Hodges Gap next to the Bethesden Centre.
